"Game of Thrones" Season 3 Episode 6, titled "The Climb," continues to follow the various storylines of the characters as they navigate the political landscape of Westeros.


In King's Landing, Tyrion Lannister continues to assert his power as Hand of the King and makes a deal with the Iron Bank of Braavos to secure funding for the crown. He also receives a visit from his father, Tywin Lannister, who threatens to disown him if he does not marry Sansa Stark.


At the Night's Watch, Jon Snow and the others are still on the run from the wildlings, and they come across an abandoned castle where they take refuge. However, they soon discover that the castle is haunted by the ghosts of the Night's Watchmen who died there.

In the East, Daenerys Targaryen and her khalasar are still on their journey to Meereen, and they come across a slave camp where they free the slaves. However, they also discover that the slave masters have crucified all the slave children as a warning to others.


The episode ends with the Night's Watchmen being attacked by the wildlings, and Jon Snow and Ygritte, who are separated from the others, are forced to climb the Wall to escape.
